Your monthly fee covers the good stuff: 3 ADLs (activities of daily living) supports a week, yummy meals, weekly linen and housekeeping, nonstop activities to join, plenty of parties, and tons of neighbors to get to know—plus all on-site amenities, 24-hour response staff, and free Wi-Fi in community spaces.

Eden Austin offers ADA-accessible apartments (4 studio-style floorplans) with roll-in showers, grab bars, and equipped kitchens (microwave + ¾-size refrigerator). Communal amenities include a fitness center, computer center, podcast center, library, activity room, lounges, BBQ spaces, outdoor areas, a community fireplace, a sports-bar, a full-service restaurant, a movie theater and even a 2 dedicated dog parks for small and large dogs.

While we don’t offer specialized services like memory care or 24-hour licensed nursing as part of the standard contract, our staff provides adaptive, supportive care for daily needs. At Eden Austin, pricing is simple and transparent. Each apartment has a set monthly lease price, which includes:

• Your private ADA-accessible apartment

• 3 ADLs per week

• Utilities (other than in-unit Wi-fi/cable)

• Three meals per day

• Weekly Housekeeping & laundry services

• All building amenities (gym, Mug Life Café, outdoor areas, social spaces, etc.)

• Community activities & events

• 24/7 on-site staff support

Support needs vary from resident to resident, so Levels of Care are added on top of the base lease price. These levels are determined through a nursing assessment, which helps us understand each resident’s specific daily support needs (such as ADL assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, and more). This ensures you only pay for the support that’s actually needed.
