Our goal is to deliver exceptional disability housing services that balance privacy with daily support—so each person can live life with comfort, dignity, and community.

STAFF DEDICATED TO WELLNESS

The true strength of Eden Supportive Living is our team. All wellness personnel are licensed health‑care professionals trained to serve adults with disabilities through empathy, safety, and excellence.Every staff member—from maintenance to dining—completes annual sensitivity training to ensure the highest level of support while honoring resident rights. Our professional staff includes management, licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, dining teams, and activity coordinators dedicated to quality care in modern disability housing environments.

It is expressly understood Eden does not provide continuous intermediate or skilled nursing level of care. Nothing herein shall be construed to obligate Eden to perform services for Resident beyond the scope of the Services herein, as such may be defined and changed or amended from time to time.

Assistance with ADL

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (“ADL”) including stand-by assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, transfer, and toileting.

Meals

Eden provides two or three meals per day based on the package or community you have chosen. Meals will offer a low sodium and/or low sugar alternatives. Eden shall make available beverages, including coffee, fruit juice and snack foods

Laundry Service

Laundry service may be provided based on the package or community you have chosen. Laundry service does not include dry cleaning services. Eden shall provide the use of accessible washer and dryer equipment available on a “first come, first serve” basis. Costs may vary by community.

Housekeeping

Based on the package or community you have chosen, Eden may provide for general housekeeping services weekly. Services may include: light house cleaning, bed making, changing of linens, dusting and vacuuming

Social and Recreational Activities

Social and recreational programs are offered weekly, which include on-site programs as well as off-site trips, educational programming and social and recreational programs for the Residents. Transportation may be provided by Eden for scheduled activities off-site. Based on the package or community you have chosen, there may be additional charges.

24-Hour Response Staff

Response staff shall be available on the premises 24-hours a day to respond to scheduled or unscheduled needs and emergency calls from Residents

Reminders for self-administered medication

Reminders for self-administered medication management, medication set-up (such as preparing weekly pill caddies with that week’s medication), episodic and intermittent health promotion or disease prevention counseling and teaching self-care in meeting routine and special health care needs
